Dominic Bailey went undrafted in 2026 but didn’t stay unsigned for long, as the Houston Texans scooped up the Tennessee defensive lineman as a UDFA. After a standout 2025 season—starting all 12 games, piling up 30+ tackles, 5.5 sacks, and several TFLs—Bailey proved he has the grit to earn rotational snaps early in his pro career. His college resume featured dominant performances against SEC powerhouses like Georgia and Kentucky.
Nothing says “pro ready” like going undrafted and then signing with a team desperate enough to give you a helmet to wear. The Texans clearly saw Bailey’s potential, or maybe they just needed a new practice body to binge on donuts between snaps.
