Three Florida Gators—running back Jadan Baugh, receiver/return specialist Vernell Brown III, and outside linebacker Jayden Woods—earned spots on the Preseason All-SEC teams. The Florida Gators have added Vermont to their 2026-27 non-conference basketball schedule, meeting Dec. 6 in Gainesville after facing Duke in the SEC-ACC Challenge. This marks their fourth clash with the Catamounts, who trail Florida 0-3 all-time. Florida’s early slate now features 11 non-conference games: Miami, Jacksonville, Merrimack, Notre Dame (Players Era Eight), Houston/Rutgers, Auburn/Kansas/UNLV/West Virginia, Milwaukee, Duke, Georgia Tech, plus an anticipated rivalry game at Florida State.
